Exchanges & Store Credit: Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Condition: Handbags must be in brand-new condition, free from wear, odors, or damage. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Sale Items: Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
